Trim Engineer, TST NA Trim, LLC, Hidalgo, TX. Develop and revise process documentation (pattern lists/sewing control points/hardware lists) to support standardized and streamlined manufacturing. Conduct change point analysis to assess impact of design/process modifications on production workflow and output. Review and improve trim design and manufacturing processes from concept through start of production. Min. req. incl. Bach deg in Eng. + 3 yrs exp in automotive manufacturing environment; 3 yrs exp reading/interpreting/analyzing assembly & component drawings; & 3 yrs exp w/ pattern development software (Gerber, Lectra). 40% travel to sister facilities in MX & other locations in MX/CAN req’d.
